The BOREAL Plus Constanța story
Boreal, a real story built by Impact and enlivened by every family that has chosen to live better, more beautiful, giving us the vote of confidence with a meaningful choice. For 33 years we have been building homes that embrace life stories and thus, we are laying the foundations for a long-term partnership.
We are developing projects at national level, but the longing for the sea and the nostalgia for everything Boreal means, the first residential complex built in Constanța after 1989, motivated us to start BOREAL PLUS project, which totals 18 elegant homes and 9 apartment blocks and a plus comforts and facilities in the area, including: new landscaped green spaces, hypermarket next to compound, garden, park with playgrounds, but also commercial spaces. Every family needs a place to grow, to dream, to call it HOME.

The homes in this residential complex were designed with a special emphasis on generous dimensions and efficient layout, providing a comfortable and functional living space. The apartments offer a spectacular panoramic view of the city and Lake Siutghiol, with a beneficial effect on health and well-being.
In addition, the residential complex includes a practical solution for vehicle parking, namely a multi-story parking structure, P+4E, with a total of 289 parking spaces. This multi-level parking not only optimizes space utilization but also helps to streamline traffic and improve accessibility for residents. Thus, the entire complex offers not only a sophisticated and pleasant living environment but also modern and functional solutions for all the residents' needs.

The individual houses, with a built area of 170 sqm, and the semi-detached ones, with 167 sqm, were designed to offer a perfect balance between modern comfort and space efficiency. Each home benefits from a carefully thought-out layout, which clearly distinguishes the rest area from the daily activity area. The bedrooms and relaxation spaces are positioned to offer peace and privacy, while the living room, kitchen, and dining areas are designed to encourage interaction and socialization in an open and bright environment.
